Listening to your employees as they discuss how SUDs have personally impacted them and their families and friends is a great way to spread a supportive culture and mindset throughout your organization.
The Boston Medical Center suggests using the “10 Word Stories Campaign” where employees are asked to describe the impact SUDs has had on them in 10 words.
