Final Week to Vote in the Popular Round of the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee Contest
Time is running out for Tennesseans to help determine which products will advance in the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee competition.
This year’s competition received more than 100 product nominations from manufacturers across Tennessee, showcasing the innovation, quality and ingenuity that define the state’s manufacturing industry. The Popular Round of voting is open now through Wednesday, July 29 at 8:00 p.m. CT, giving the public one final opportunity to support their favorite Tennessee-made products. The Top 16 products receiving the most votes will advance to the next stage of the statewide competition, where they will continue competing for the title of the 2026 Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee.
Presented by the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in partnership with the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services and Smart Factory Institute Solutions, the annual competition celebrates the products, people and companies that make Tennessee a manufacturing leader. From iconic food and beverage products to advanced technologies, vehicles, machinery and more, the contest highlights the incredible products made across the Volunteer State while raising awareness of the industry that powers Tennessee’s economy.
“Every vote helps showcase the remarkable products manufactured right here in Tennessee and the companies and workforce behind them,” said Josh Brown, President and CEO of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry. “This competition is an opportunity for Tennesseans to celebrate the innovation happening in communities across our state while recognizing the strength of Tennessee manufacturing. We encourage everyone to cast their vote before time runs out.”
Following the close of the Popular Round, the Top 16 products will be announced on August 4, with head-to-head voting beginning August 5.
